The views are exceptional, that is all I can say. My photographs do not do them justice. We have views across the garden and over to the Mendip hills. From the end of the garden Glastonbury Tor can be seen.

The views within the garden itself are just beautiful, we used to open our garden to the public and people came just to sit and soak the vista before them with their cup of tea and home made cake! I even used to make the cakes, and loved it! You need to love plants and to appreciate the tranquillity of country life to be here and to fully appreciate it's beauty. We have a gardener who comes in once a week to keep it all under control and in check, but the maintenance is not onerous as the hard work has already been done. There is room for further changes and further design if the new owner wishes, but otherwise so long as you either cutback yourself for a week, in Autumn, or you bring in a gardener to do it, the garden really runs itself now.
